We currently ship within India only (Domestic Shipping).

2. Shipping Charges

Express delivery is available exclusively for customers located in Mumbai.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

4. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, sales periods, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

7. Lost Shipments

If your order is marked as “Lost” in the courier partner’s tracking system, we will initiate an investigation.

Once the loss is officially confirmed by the courier partner’s tracking system, we will reship the item at no additional cost to you.

Reshipments will only be processed after official confirmation from the courier partner.

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

9. Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges only.

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Eligible returns will be processed as:

A ₹99 return/exchange fee will be applied to all return requests.

Customers must apply for an exchange within 15 days of receiving the product.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact to qualify.
