• Exchanges only – We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
• Please contact us within 15 days of delivery at +91 98207 16659 to request an exchange.
• A ₹99 return/exchange fee shall apply to all exchange requests.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and with all original tags intact.
• Customised or made-to-measure orders are not eligible for exchange, as they are specially made for you.
We reserve the right to decline an exchange request if the item does not meet the above conditions.
